Eligibility:
- Non Custom products Only: Due to the specific nature of this product, we cannot refund custom products.
- Shipping error: If it is our mistake you can ask for a refund or for us to reship. If you entered the incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be charged.
- Manufacturing error: In the case the product is damaged due to manufacturing you are eligible for a refund.
Returns:
Duration: While we strive to accommodate all our customers, we do have a 30-day window from the date you received the item for returns or exchanges. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we might not be able to process a refund or exchange. But we’re always here to help in any way we can!
Prior Contact: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service department using the form below. This will help us to provide you with the correct return address and also anticipate the arrival of the product.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Your return should be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping:
Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Example, if you spent $50 with free shipping, and the cost of shipping was $8, then you will receive $42.
Safe Return: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds:
Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exceptions: If 30 days have gone by since the date you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
